In Construction Management (CM), the project is directed in a systematic way on behalf of the owner, client or other responsible party. PSI’s flexible approach permits the specificity of this process to be tailored to suit the client’s requirements. The relationship can by one of “agency” or “at risk.” For example, the Owner’s representative can be accorded the express authority to bind the owner to all matters requiring the Owner’s approval or authorization. Alternatively, PSI can integrate the design of a building with a systematic management of its development to provide a seamless method of communication, responsibility and execution with the client's complete involvement.
